Who We Are

Since its inception in 2017 as a registered community based -organization, by a team of Young Social Scientists, YOMHI-Uganda has grown to be a multi-dimensional Service provider, engaging communities  to build capacity and inspire community systems strengthening approaches for enhancement of sustainable responses to health, rights and development needs of Out of School Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW), their children and families in the under-served communities.

YOMHI-Uganda’s successes has been through innovative approaches to addressing community challenges through outreach services, the Young Mothers’ Clubs, management of Youth Resource and Support Centre, Education and Advocacy through Sports and MDD and voice moments.
