Scores of people suffer the increasing rates of poverty, high morbidity and mortality, and other social challenges arising out of cultural beliefs, myths and misconceptions, degenerating behaviors and deteriorating systems. Systems for information sharing and access to services need transformation and strengthening to greatly impact on all sectors and sustain the outcomes of YOMHI-Uganda interventions.
