Raise 50 Tailoring Machines for Young Mothers
For the year 2020, YOMHI-Uganda enrolled 70 young mothers who had been abandoned by their spouses as a result of forced marriages and unplanned pregnancies. YOMHI-Uganda through the Youth Resource and Support Centre, unceasingly continue to equip them with hands on skills including hairdressing, tailoring and knitting, to be able to secure their incomes, and restore hope for better lives.
Amidst difficulties of supporting their children and families with basic needs, we therefore invite all people to support the Young Mothers by buying any of their items like makeup bags, baby bags, wallets, backups, business kits and masks as a fundraising strategy to buy 50 tailoring machines for Young Mothers in Nabukalu sub-county.
